Totti does what Totti wants.
As far as we know, Francesco Totti is not human. He is some sort of deity, or maybe from another planet. No person can be so wonderful, immaculate and remarkable.
So when Totti scored on Sunday, he thought he would do the world a favor and take a selfie to share with the world. One of the coaches brought him a phone and, being the kind and caring person that he is, he let us feel like he was one of us. It was beautiful.
Totti somehow was not carded for this, presumably because it would be wrong to sanction acts of charity.
