Julio Jones is questionable with a hip injury. We break down the fantasy implications.
Atlanta Falcons wide receiver Julio Jones is officially listed as questionable for Sunday's game against the Pittsburgh Steelers. Jones is dealing with a hip injury that forced him out of Atlanta's Monday Night Football game against the Green Bay Packers in Week 14. Jones left that game late, and has not practiced at all this week.
It's worth noting that Jones not practicing doesn't necessarily mean he isn't going to play in Sunday's game. He doesn't need a full week of practice to be ready, especially given he's playing some of the best football of his career at this point. Jones caught 10 passes for 189 yards and a touchdown against the Arizona Cardinals in Week 13, and caught 11 passes for 259 yards and a touchdown against the Packers Monday.
Fantasy Impact: Jones is absolutely a must-start in any situation in which he's going to play, but his status is certainly in question this week. Head coach Mike Smith has had a positive outlook when it comes to Jones' status for Sunday, but that could mean anything at this point. Fantasy owners will need to watch the morning reports before locking down their lineups.
