Ivan Klasnic scored a ridiculous volley scissor kick goal for charity

Klasnic, who was a fox-in-the-box type striker had a renowned ability to be in the right place at the right time, especially during his stint with Bolton Wanderers. He didn't really move much on the pitch, expecting the ball to come to him. Turns out, that he was saving it all up for the AOK Traditionmasters tournament and that goal. Boom!

Ivan Klasnic had a busy career. He made more than 150 appearances for Werder Bremen, underwent a kidney transplant, played in Euro 2008 with the aforementioned new kidney, and got relegated with Bolton Wanderers after getting his start with St. Pauli way back in 1997. In a career that spanned 16 years, Klasnic played in two European Championships and two World Cups while managing to score fairly regularly.

More than a year since his short term deal with Mainz expired, Klasnic is back on the pitch in a Werder Bremen shirt but the pitch is way smaller and has less than half the number of players on it than it used to. Klasnic took part in a charity five-a-side tournament that featured Hertha Berlin, Union Berlin, Eintracht Frankfurt, Sparta Prague, Bayer Leverkusen, and Werder Bremen legends.
