San Jose keeps reeling in Anaheim.
Here's something you'd never hear in nature: the San Jose Sharks have an Anaheim Ducks problem.
The dynamic certainly exists between the two Pacific Division rivals, especially when the matchup takes place in Anaheim, where the Ducks have won eight of their last 12 games against San Jose. The Sharks will try to change the narrative on Monday night when they take on the Ducks at Honda Center.
San Jose is on a roll, having just completed an undefeated five-game homestand to go 9-1-0 in their last 10 games. With Vancouver and Los Angeles struggling, the Sharks have made up a ton of ground on the Ducks in the Pacific standings and sit seven points behind Anaheim in second place. A win on Monday would reel the Ducks in that much closer.
Speaking of the Canucks and Kings, both squads will try to keep pace against struggling teams on Monday. Vancouver plays the depleted Arizona Coyotes, while the Kings take on a Calgary Flames team that has lost eight straight games.
Here is the full schedule for Monday. All times are Eastern.
