Fantasy football start/sit advice, Week 14: Dez Bryant

Dez Bryant has been great this year and should be the focus of the Dallas offense on Thursday. We break down the fantasy implications.

Dallas Cowboys wide receiver Dez Bryant has been solid this year, with 67 receptions for 952 yards and 10 touchdowns. He's quarterback Tony Romo's top target by far, and has almost double the receiving yardage of the next-highest player on the team, Terrance Williams (482).

Bryant slowed down for awhile there in late October and early November, but he then went on to put up 158 yards and two touchdowns against the Jacksonville Jaguars on Nov. 9. He then put up 86 yards and two touchdowns against the New York Giants, and 73 yards against the Philadelphia Eagles in Dallas' most recent outing. That was a tough game though, a loss, and it dropped the Cowboys to second in the NFC East. But Bryant could wind up being the focal point of the offensive gameplan going forward.

Fantasy Impact: While DeMarco Murray makes all the headlines, Bryant and the Cowboys will be up against the Chicago Bears on Thursday. Chicago ranks 10th in the league at stopping the run, with 105.5 rushing yards allowed per game. But it ranks No. 30 against the pass, allowing 270.7 yards per game on average. Bryant could be in for a big game as the Cowboys will likely be looking to pass more. He's a must-start in fantasy football.
