The magic of the Jumbotron is an allure that grabs us all. Deep down everybody likes seeing themselves on TV, provided it's not on the late news and related to being arrested -- but I digress. Lionel Messi is in the USA for a series of friendlies and was SO EXCITED when he found himself on the screen during a timeout between the Wizards and Pacers.
See, even one of the world's most recognizable athletes gets a charge when they're on the big screen. So there's no reason to be ashamed if you like to ham it up when the camera pans to you.
