The Falcons' veteran back has gotten it done the last few games. Can he keep it up in Week 15?
Atlanta Falcons' running back Steven Jackson has been far from an elite fantasy option this season. However, the 31-year-old veteran has been good enough the last few weeks. Over his last three games, Jackson has had two games with more than 50 total yards and a touchdown, and ran for over 100 yards in the other. The 11-year back isn't consistently running the ball effectively with his 3.7 YPC, but he remains capable of providing fantasy owners with some decent production. Last week's touchdown was his sixth of the season.
Fantasy Impact: Jackson doesn't have to deal with a particularly intimidating matchup this week in the Pittsburgh Steelers. Their defense allows the 13th-fewest fantasy points to opposing running backs. Averaging over 16 carries per game over the last six weeks as well as goal line carries, Jackson will have enough opportunities to produce. He remains a low-end RB2 play.
