Believe it or not, this is an actual set play by the Thunder. Rather than screen Russell Westbrook's man, Kendrick Perkins holds his own man, the person who'd step up to help on any Westbrook drive. That leaves Westbrook's own man on an island with no help in sight, a terrifying proposition. Westbrook often gets easy layups out of this sequence.

It also helps that Dion Waiters is the man defending Westbrook.
