Fantasy football start/sit advice, Week 17: Teddy Bridgewater

Teddy Bridgewater is actually throwing the ball well these days and could be worth a look. Is there enough upside to start him in fantasy?

Minnesota Vikings quarterback Teddy Bridgewater is getting hot at the right time and his team might have some confidence in him heading into the offseason. Bridgewater has scored at least 14 fantasy points in each of his last five games and he did it with a somewhat difficult schedule.

That won't be the case in the finale when he takes on the Chicago Bears at home. The Bears are the second-easiest matchup for fantasy quarterbacks and have been torched in three of their last four games. Bridgewater didn't fare too well against them back in Week 11, but he's made some major strides since then.

Receiver Charles Johnson has stepped up in a big way and running back Matt Asiata is also an adept pass catcher out of the backfield. Bridgewater should be the focal point on Sunday.

Fantasy impact: It goes without saying he's risky, but Touchdown Teddy is a QB11-14 this week.
