Fantasy football waiver wire, Week 16: Percy Harvin held without a catch on Sunday

Percy Harvin may have cost fantasy owners with zero catches in Week 15. We take a look at his fantasy value moving forward.

Percy Harvin made it on the box score in Week 15 because he was targeted three times and rushed for 10 yards. That's all he accomplished, however. Harvin was held without a catch in Sunday's win over the Tennessee Titans.

In a game where Eric Decker led the team with 11 targets, Harvin's three targets were second. As usual, Geno Smith operated a borderline dysfunctional New York Jets offense, and Harvin suffered. It's mildly shocking because Harvin caught six passes for 124 yards and a touchdown in Week 14.

Fantasy impact: Harvin's high ownership percentages are a bit shocking at this point. He's been incredibly risky ever since he put on a Jets uniform. Eric Decker is the only somewhat reliable option on the Jets offense. Perhaps it's better to own Harvin than to risk playing against him on any given week. Regardless, Harvin shouldn't be started by anyone who has managed to make it deep into their fantasy playoffs. He's a WR4 for the remainder of the season.
