The Penguins and Predators will revisit their offseason trade in person on Sunday.
Let's not ignore the giant deflated elephant in the room. It's Super Bowl Sunday. You probably don't have time for hockey tonight.
But you know what you have plenty of time for? Hockey in the afternoon while you wait for the big game. The NHL knows this and they have scheduled accordingly. Smart guy, that Gary Bettman.
The matchups on Sunday afternoon are pretty intriguing, too. The Blues and Capitals will feature on NBCSN, with both teams looking to solidify their positions in their respective conference's playoff races. James Neal will also return to Pittsburgh for the first time since being traded to the Predators in the offseason. Will he show his old squad what they're missing? Or will Patric Hornqvist continue to show the Penguins they made the right choice in pulling him out of Nashville?
Here is a complete look at the schedule. All times are ET.
