Fantasy start/sit advice, Week 17: Vincent Jackson

The Buccaneers' receiver has been solid in recent weeks. Can he help fantasy owners out in Week 17?

Tampa Bay Buccaneers wide receiver Vincent Jackson has been productive in the last few weeks while playing behind impressive rookie receiver Mike Evans. Through the last three weeks, Jackson has averaged 6.3 catches for 96.3 yards. The veteran only has two touchdowns on the year, none of which have come since Week 4. However, he has still managed to provide fantasy owners with decent value by occasionally piling up the yards and receptions. Jackson has three games with at least eight receptions, eight games with at least 60 yards and three games over the 100-yard mark. While he loses a decent amount of targets to Evans, he still has something left in the tank.

Fantasy Impact: Jackson will have a juicy matchup this week in the New Orleans Saints. Their defense gives up the seventh-most fantasy points to opposing wide receivers. The Bucs have nothing to play for and Jackson should remain involved in the offense. He remains a low-end WR3 with limited touchdown potential.
