Al Horford dislocates finger in Game 1 against Nets

Horford hurt his finger but only missed a few minutes of action.

Atlanta Hawks big man Al Horford suffered a dislocated right pinkie finger in the first half of the team's opening playoff game against the Brooklyn Nets on Sunday night, the team announced. He briefly left the game to have the injured finger taped up but returned to the game.

Horford has been one of Atlanta's best players all season and recorded a double-double with 10 points and 10 rebounds before getting hurt. He's been a huge part of the team's emergence as a heavy hitter in the Eastern Conference and would've been a major loss to the No. 1 seed.
