Alabama cheerleaders start fighting AT THE DANG GAME

There's nothing rare about seeing emotions spill over mid-game, but seeing cheerleaders throw punches and pull hair isn't something you see every day. Tuskegee and Albany State cheerleaders engaged in a huge fight during the first round of the SIAC basketball tournament, prompting them to be sent home.

The SIAC issued the following statement:

"The obligation to observe basic principles of sportsmanship and fair play extends to all participants at the SIAC basketball tournament. As a consequence of the incident on Tuesday, the cheerleading and dance teams from both Albany State University and Tuskegee University will not be permitted to participate in our tournament for the remainder of the week."

While Tuskegee apologized for their school's role in the fight.

"Tuskegee University is disappointed by the incident which occurred between the cheerleaders of Tuskegee University and Albany State during Tuesday's 2015 SIAC Tournament. The university does not condone any conduct unbecoming of a Tuskegee University student."
