NASCAR Las Vegas 2015: Start time, TV schedule for Kobalt Tools 400


The third race of NASCAR's 2015 Sprint Cup season will take place Sunday, with the 18th annual Kobalt Tools 400 at Las Vegas Motor Speedway.


Jeff Gordon won his second pole of the 2015 season with a track record in qualifying on Friday. Daytona 500 champ Joey Logano starting in second position. Last week's winner in Atlanta, Jimmie Johnson, opens in ninth position. Johnson has won four career races in Vegas.


Fox begins its coverage with an hour of pre-race coverage on Fox Sports 1 at 2 p.m. ET, followed by the Fox pregame show at 3 p.m., with Chris Myers, Michael Waltrip and Darrell Waltrip.


Race coverage starts on Fox at 3:30 p.m., with Mike Joy calling the race from the booth, alongside analysts Darrell Waltrip and Larry McReynolds, and pit reporters Chris Neville, Jamie Little and Matt Yocum.


The race will re-air on Fox Sports 1 on Monday at 10 a.m.
