Women's NCAA Tournament 2015 schedule and bracket: UConn, Princeton begin tournament play

UConn headlines the second day of women's tournament action. Here's the complete schedule for Saturday as the first round wraps up.

The NCAA Women's Tournament finishes up its first round on Saturday, with 16 games remaining. The schedule is spread out into blocks of four with four games in block, starting at 11 a.m. ET.

No. 1 Connecticut gets the national game at 9 p.m. when the Huskies take on No. 16 seed St. Francis-Brooklyn. The Huskies went wire-to-wire at No. 1 in the AP poll, taking a 29-game winning streak into the postseason. Their only loss was an overtime defeat to Stanford. UConn will be heavy favorites to win the tournament for the third season in a row.

Perhaps the most controversial story of the tournament is the seeding of Princeton. Despite running the table with a 30-0 record, the Tigers got a No. 8 seed, setting up a potential second-round game with top seed Maryland. The selection committee has made it fairly clear that Princeton needs to prove its unbeaten record wasn't the result of a weak Ivy League conference.

Here's the complete schedule for Saturday (times Eastern). The games are airing on ESPN2 in local markets only, although the late game is being shown nationally. As usual, they will all be streamed on ESPN3.
