2015 NCAA Tournament bracket: Duke get No. 1 seed in South Region

The Blue Devils' road to the Final Four runs through the same city where they last won a national title.

The 2015 NCAA Tournament bracket is out, and the Duke Blue Devils, with wins over three teams on the No. 2 seed line, are the No. 1 seed in the South Region, which terminates in regional play in Houston at NRG Arena.

Duke earned its No. 1 seed in the South Region by running the table through a fantastic non-conference schedule, downing Wisconsin and Michigan State away from Cameron Indoor Stadium, and though Mike Krzyzewski's team didn't win either the ACC regular season title or the ACC Tournament, they chalked up enough wins (two over North Carolina, one over Virginia, Notre Dame, and Louisville) in ACC play to deserve a place on the top line.

And, by the way, the last time Duke was the No. 1 seed in a South Regional that ended in Houston, and the Final Four was in Indianapolis, Duke won the national title.

Elsewhere: Gonzaga is a tough No. 2 seed and will play its subregional near home in Seattle, SMU makes its first NCAA Tournament appearance in two decades as a No. 6 seed, and the subregional across from Duke's could be the most exciting in the entire field.

Here's the full bracket in the 2015 NCAA Tournament's South Region:

No. 1 Duke

No. 16 North Florida OR Robert Morris

No. 8 San Diego State

No. 9 St. John's
