Friendly fire struck twice in ten seconds.
The Bruins and Sabres clearly need to pay more attention to their teammates on the ice.
In the dwindling moments of the first period on Tuesday, Sabres captain Brian Gionta was skating behind the play in the offensive zone when teammate Jerry D'Amigo collided knee-on-knee with him out of nowhere.
As if that wasn't clumsy enough, the Bruins gained the puck and then did THE EXACT SAME THING six seconds later!
You know, this would be pretty embarrassing if those four guys were professional hockey players in the world's best hockey league.
OH WAIT.
