Good morning. The Wizards had a very bad trip to California.

That and more in Tuesday's NBA newsletter. SUBSCRIBE!

Good morning. Let's basketball.

THE WARRIORS ARE NASTY, PART THE INFINITY: They beat the Wizards by 31 late on Monday. It got so one-sided Justin Holiday started breaking out fast break 360s. The Wizards ended up losing three games in California by a combined 68 points.

SONS OF JOEY CRAWFORD: Ref calls Ricky Rubio for traveling, does the Hokey Pokey, turns himself around.

CELTICS BACK! After beating the (surging!) Nets, Boston is back in sole possession of No. 8 in the East. Brooklyn had also lost the head-to-head tiebreakers with both Miami and Boston, making their already tough road even more difficult. Nothing changed in the West playoff picture.

KEVIN LOVE SPEAKS: Everyone's favorite fallen star did a few national interviews on Monday, and said some things that bolster the case he'll remain a Cavalier next season and said some things that indicate he's rather unhappy with how things have gone. We'll see.

WHY ARE THE HAWKS STRUGGLING? And does it matter at this point?

ALL HAIL THE GRINDFATHER: Tony Allen explains to Complex why he's the league's best defender.

WHEN MAKING THE PLAYOFFS DOESN'T MATTER: Bethlehem Shoals takes stock of the motivations of the teams on the fringe of the playoff race.

AWESOME PROJECT: Grantland released a 5-part special on Serge Ibaka's roots in the Congo.

SO MUCH POWER: You will not be surprised that the Warriors are No. 1 in Drew Garrison's NBA Power Rankings.

GREAT NEWS, EVERYONE: 2 Chainz is the CEO of the Hawks this week.

I DON'T EVEN ROOT FOR THE BLAZERS, BUT ... I want this.

THE MONTANESE KNOT: It appears that Monta Ellis' days in Dallas may be numbered.

NEED A GUARD, DRAFT A GUARD: David Aldridge goes deep on the top point guards in the NBA Draft.

MARCH MADNESS NBA-STYLE: These videos reimagining NBA stars as animated college mascots are too dope. Russell Westbrook as an intellectual bear. Need I say more?

OH RICK: Rick Barry is still harping on those fans who booed Joe Lacob after he traded a very popular player. Barry called them "fools" and said they should send Lacob an apology letter. I'm sure Lacob will be satisfied with their playoff ticket payments.

Happy Tuesday. See you next time.
