The Pelicans star made an interesting comment after his team's big win.
Following the New Orleans Pelicans 103-100 win over the Golden State Warriors, Anthony Davis claimed that he'd heard the Warriors saying that the game would be like playing a "scrimmage".
There's two ways to look at this.
1. The Warriors players were actually implying that the game against the Pelicans would be like a scrimmage for them. One fan claimed that's exactly what Golden State did via this tweet right before the game started:
Fyi, my ball boy contact told me that many Warrior players are calling tonight's game a scrimmage.

2. The Pelicans expected Golden State to rest players and not take the game too seriously since the Western Conference's top team really had nothing to play for tonight.
