Tiger Woods’ adorable kids take Dad to the Par-3 Contest, where Jack Nicklaus holes his first ace ever at Augusta.
Tiger Woods and Jack Nicklaus walked on to a golf course at Augusta Wednesday, and, guess what, they stole the show.
Nicklaus did so by making the first ace of his career at the hallowed home of the Masters, while the increasingly fan-friendly Woods let his "two littles" hog some of the limelight that traditionally follows their famous dad around.
There will be no official result for either of the golfing legends since both were DQ'd -- Tiger for letting 7-year-old daughter Sam tap in a few of his putts during Wednesday’s ceremonial Par-3 Contest, while Jack took an illegal drop on the ninth and final hole. But scoring was not the aim for anyone (except, maybe, Ben Martin, who, if superstitious traditions hold, won’t win the real event thanks to his W in the exhibition).
Tiger Woods has officially been DQ'd from the Par-3 Contest. Nope, didn't take a bad drop. He let his daughter tap in a putt for him.

The goal of the day was sun, fun, spouses, celebs, kids, and caddies, and Tiger definitely won the "awwww" award when he showed up at the event for the first time since 2004 with his children draped head to toe in official Masters white looper jumpsuits. Girlfriend Lindsey Vonn was on hand as well, attired in some kind of flowing gossamer gown not exactly made for the links.
Thursday it gets real for Woods, who, at 39, is still seeking that elusive 15th major title and will tee it up in competition for the first time since taking a break two months ago. But Wednesday was all about family and he tweeted as much.
I'll always have memories of my pop at Augusta and now Sam & Charlie. An amazing day.

As for Nicklaus, the 75-year-old winner of 18 major championships said he predicted he would add that first ever Augusta ace on his card.

"I’ve never had a hole-in-one at Augusta, par-3 or on the golf course," he told ESPN after the contest.
