P.K. Subban scores with an earth-shattering slapshot

That wind-up, though.

The Montreal Canadiens took a 2-1 lead in Game Two against the Ottawa Senators on Friday in the most thunderous way possible.

In the dying minutes of the second period Habs worked a pass off the boards to defenseman P.K. Subban, who wound up and hammered one of the hardest shots you'll ever see past the goalie for a goal.

Seriously, it was a howitzer.

If you're like me, you probably watched that angle and thought how lucky you were not to be the goalie. Good news! Here's an angle from the goalie's perspective. It's like watching a pitch from Nolan Ryan come at you, only instead of a baseball it's a rubber disc aimed at your face.

The best part? P.K. got a kiss from a teammate afterwards. Aw. That's how you know it's a special goal.
