Derek Stepan fakes goalie out of his skates to score

Stepan's breakaway goal was a beauty.

Shootout specialists, take note: Derek Stepan showed off the perfect head-fake on a breakaway goal on Saturday.

The New York Rangers forward was liberated by a great pass from Rick Nash in the last minute of the second period. At that point, it was up to him to beat the New Jersey Devils' netminder. He did just that. His fake one way was so great it's amazing goalie Keith Kincaid didn't just fall down right there and then.

Right through the wickets and in. A pretty goal that gave the Rangers a commanding 4-0 lead heading into the final frame.
