Tiger cursing, screaming turtles, and awful shanks: The best Vines from the Masters

Jordan Spieth, Tiger Woods, dancing golfers and so much more.

The Masters is always the most-anticipated golf event of the year. The combination of being the first major of the season and the prestige and tradition behind it lead to months of hype and anticipation. By the time Jack Nicklaus, Arnold Palmer and Gary Player send off their ceremonial tee shots, that anticipation is overflowing. From there, however, it's sometimes all down hill. Living up to the hype and buildup can be a problem.

The 2015 Masters had no such issue.

The greatness of 2015 Masters started before Masters week even began, with Tiger Woods announcing he would return from a layoff. Whatever your opinion is of Woods, there is no question he adds a level of excitement to a golf tournament that few, if any, can match. Whether they are rooting for him to succeed or fail, there is always interest in how Woods is playing.

Once the tee shots started flying, the competition between the ropes was the best in several years at Augusta. Jordan Spieth stole the spotlight as he shredded Augusta National on Thursday and rode that round to a wire-to-wire victory. While the coronation of the 21-year-old was the main takeaway, the tournament as a whole was excellent. There were more red numbers than in recent years with players showing off amazing skill. The biggest names in the game were at the center of the whole week. Nearly all of the top players made the cut and many were among the final pairings on Sunday. From Phil Mickelson to Woods to Rory McIlroy to Justin Rose, there was a lot of really great golf played.

The anticipation of the 2016 Masters has already started, but before the 361-day countdown begins, let's re-live the 2015 Masters with the best Vines from a great week.

The entertaining week started in unbelievable fashion when Jack Nicklaus kicked things off with an ace during the Par-3 Contest

...but he did get better though!

We set a lot of players "dancing" to Pony

Henrik Stenson had enough of this club

We love our golf animals here, and so does Peter Kostis: "What a gorgeous bird"

But golf tortoise was the undisputed golf animal king at Augusta this week

Golf course maintenance has never been so badass

Shank you very much, Webb Simpson

Bad Tiger made another appearance

He was not happy about it. NSFW, Tiger!

Phil almost gave Verne Lundquist a heart attack

I believe this is what Scott Van Pelt would refer to as a useful shot, this

Justin Rose tried to make a run with shots like this

Spieth wasn't worried

Tiger hit as many tree roots as he did fairways on Sunday

Spieth sealed it with his REFUSAL to lay up and this brilliant shot at the 13th

It was his show from the start to this finish
