PSG's David Luiz not fit in time to face Barcelona

PSG's back line will be missing a key cog against Barcelona thanks to injury when David Luiz wasn't deemed fit to start.

The highlight of this Champions League quarterfinal round is set to begin, and the lineups are in. Paris Saint-Germain are going with a predictably depleted lineup thanks to injuries and suspensions. There had been some hope early in the week that defender David Luiz might be fit in time to play, which would have been a huge boost to PSG's defense aginst Barcelona's incredible front line, but he's not in the lineup. Marquinhos gets the nod instead, and he's going to have to be at his very best to help keep Barcelona at bay.

For Barcelona, their lineup is pretty much as expected. Their elite front line and midfield are in tact, and the back line is as strong as current circumstances allow. With Dani Alves suspended for the match, Martin Montoya gets a rare start at right back, hoping to prove to Luis Enrique that he has what it takes to play more for the Catalan giants.

Paris Saint-Germain starting lineup (4-3-3): Salvatore Sirigu; Gregory Van der Wiel, Marquinhos, Thiago Silva, Maxwell; Adrien Rabiot, Yohan Cabaye, Blaise Matuidi; Ezequiel Lavezzi, Edinson Cavani, Javier Pastore

Barcelona starting lineup (4-3-3): Marc Andre Ter Stegen; Martin Montoya, Gerard Pique, Javier Mascherano, Jordi Alba; Sergio Busquets, Ivan Rakitic, Andres Iniesta; Lionel Messi, Luis Suarez, Neymar
